Is it possible that a Student has paid but is unable to access a class? If yes, what to do?

Yes. It is possible that as student has paid but is unable to "Join" the class.

Below are the scenarios when this can happen:

The plan is not associated with the class. The student views "Fees" instead of "Join" button.
- Go to Studio Info -> Plans & Pricing -> Edit the specific plan and associate the class

The subscription starts at a future date but the student thinks that his/her class is before that date. The student views "Fees" instead of "Join" button
- In this case, reach out to us so that we can prepone the date of subscription

The subscription has expired. The student views "Fees" instead of "Join" button
- Please ask the student to renew the subscription. It would hardly take a minute to renew and "Join" the class.

Student purchased wrong plan
- Students -> All students -> Search for the specific Student -> Specific Billing Cycle click on "View Details" -> Edit [Green button on top right]
Admin can change the Plan here

Issue with Zoom when the link breaks after the student checks in.
- Restart the device

Internet issue when the Student is not able to "Join"
- Change to WiFi/5G as the case may be

If any issue is happening just when your class is about to start and only in such scenario, recommend you to share the Zoom link with the student so that he/she can attend the class and you may have time to resolve the issue after the class ends.
