Issue: I'm receiving "Request to access" emails - for accessing videos

Reason: This is usually because the student is not logged into the Google account while trying to access the video.


Solution:



There are two solutions:

Solution 1: Switch email id to GMail:Then update the GMail id in the admin console.



[You can change the email id from here: All students ➡ Search for student ➡ Open students page ➡ Update email id.

The student will receive an email asking them to reconfirm their new email id. And then they can login with the new email id and existing password 👍]

Solution 2: Ask the student to create a Google account with the current email id.
