[PracticeNow Billing] Cancelling of PracticeNow Subscription

You may consider cancelling your PracticeNow subscription in the following scenarios:

You no longer wish to extend the current subscriptions of your students.
You are stopping all your classes.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

Navigate to Billing -> Invoices
Click on "Cancel Subscription" [Red button on the top right]

Ensure that you have paid any due invoices before cancelling the subscription.

Effects of Cancellation

After cancellation:

Your subscription will be downgraded from paid to free.
You will retain access to the basic website.
PracticeNow premium features will be disabled, including:
- Subscription management
- Payment processing
- Class management system
