# [PracticeNow Billing] Cancelling of PracticeNow Subscription

You may consider cancelling your PracticeNow subscription in the following scenarios:

1. You no longer wish to extend the current subscriptions of your students.
2. You are stopping all your classes.

**Cancellation Process**

**To cancel your subscription:**

1. Navigate to Billing -> Invoices
2. Click on "Cancel Subscription" [Red button on the top right]

Ensure that you have paid any due invoices before cancelling the subscription.

**Effects of Cancellation**

**After cancellation:**

1. Your subscription will be downgraded from paid to free.
2. You will retain access to the basic website.
3. PracticeNow premium features will be disabled, including:
    - Subscription management
    - Payment processing
    - Class management system
