[Spark] Where do I upload the video recordings to get clips?

For iPhones

First save the video as a "File". Here are the steps for this: https://youtu.be/D14YtoNMvmk
Open admin.practicenow.us. Go to Spark -> Recordings -> New Recording -> Choose File -> "My Device"
IMPORTANT: Do NOT choose the "Photo Library". Instead, select the "Choose File" option. This will make the upload process much less painful.

For Android phones

First login to admin.practicenow.us
Then go to Spark -> Recording -> New Recording
Use the "My Device" option. That works quite well on Android phones.

PS: Some customers have reported uploading issues - especially on iPhones. Let me know if you have any trouble. Will help you out.
