# [Student site] Student has paid but subscription not created

There may be a case **when your student paid you but the subscription was not created.**

This scenario happens when the amount is deducted from the Student's account, but failed in RazorPay because of timeout or server issues.

In this case, 

1. If its a domestic payment, please ask the students to wait for 2-3 working days. The amount will get automatically refunded to their account.
2. If its an international payment, it would take between 5-7 working days for the amount to get credited back to the student's account.


You can ask the student to pay again.

Since this amount failed in RazorPay, the subscription will not get created in the system.
