Admin Dashboard - Studio Info - Team



We have 3 roles for a Team Member:

1. Senior Manager

He/She will have access to the entire system.

He/she would also be the Teacher. So do not have to add the member as a teacher again.

2. Manager

Have access to the entire system except:
a. Downloading CSV files [Data Download]
b. Adding New Team Members

3. Teacher

Will have the following access only
a. His/Her class
b. Check-ins




The Senior Manager while adding a new Team Member can decide if the notifications needs to be sent to a specific Manager/Teacher.

Note: This is automatically checked - which means unless you uncheck it the notifications will go to all the Team Members.

Also when you add a team member, an email would go to them to reset their password. Please ask the member to reset their password and login from admin.practice.us
