When do you have to pay PracticeNow?
PracticeNow follows a post-paid dynamic billing based on the no. of active paying students.
Billing is fully automated.
When the invoice is raised, an email will be sent to you with the payment link.
If you miss our on your message, in the admin, you will receive notification for payment.
Where can you check your Billing details:
1. If you a new customer on Trial period
Go to Trial Day ... of 31 -> Billing
This will give you your Trial Start and end dates, Billing start date and end date and when your next invoice will be raised
2. If you have already completed your trial and in your first billing cycle
Go to Trial Done. Billing Started -> Billing
This will give you your Trial Start and end dates, Billing start date and end date.
When your next invoice will be raised along with the Projected Cost of first Billing cycle
3. Subsequent Invoices
Go to Billing -> Invoices
To know your next projected invoice, click on "Next Invoice [Projected]" [Top green button]
To know more details of the invoice calculation, you can click on details of that specific invoice.
