# While logging in Google shows "Access blocked"


If your student gets this error message while logging in, then please ask the student to share the following details:

**1. OS Platform**
**2. Version**
**3. Browser Version**
**4. Device**
**5. URL when they get this error**

This will help us to understand the issue and resolve it.
