Why am I being charged during the freezing period when I am not taking any classes?

The freezing happens only for active subscription for your students and not for PracticeNow billing.

Because of freezing, the student's subscription would be intact and students can renew/buy subscriptions during this period.

PracticeNow system keeps running for you. Hence you are being charged.

If you are out for a long time, you can cancel the subscription and then reactivate it when you are back.

This would mean that you or your students will not have access to the subscription platform until it is reactivated and you will have to restart the subscription process for your students.
