[Write-up] Configure a Single Button on Class Website Page
You can customize your class website page to display only one button instead of the default Schedule or Pricing options.
This button can redirect users to:
- A WhatsApp chat
- A pricing page/Fee page
- A brochure stored in Google Drive
- Any external or internal link
Before You Begin
Keep the required URL ready before starting the setup.
Examples of URLs You Can Use
- WhatsApp link
- Google Drive brochure link
- Pricing page link
- Custom landing page link
How to Get the Pricing Link
Option 1: For a Specific Class Pricing
If you want pricing only for a specific class (example: Hatha Yoga):
- Go to the Student Site Fee Page
- Find the required class
- Copy the URL for that pricing page
Option 2: If You Have Only One Plan
- Go to:Admin
- Studio Info
- Plans and Pricing
- Click Copy Link for the required plan
Option 3: If You Have Multiple Plans for the Same Class
Example:
- Hatha Yoga 6 AM Plan
- Hatha Yoga 6 PM Plan
Or:
- Bharatanatyam 6 AM Plan
- Bharatanatyam 7 PM Plan
In this case:
- In admin, While creating the website, associate the required classes
- Keep Schedule and Pricing enabled initially
- Open the class page on the website
- Click the Pricing button
- Copy the generated URL from the browser
- Keep this URL ready for later use
This URL will automatically include all associated pricing plans.
Steps to Configure a Single Button
- Go to Admin
- Open Website
- On the right-side panel, click:
- Classes
- View/Edit
- Select the class you want to modify
- Scroll below Type of Class
- Find and click Others
Configure the Button
Under Enter Call-to-Action Button Details:
Button Caption
Enter the text you want to display on the button.
Examples:
- Fees
- Pricing
- Learn More
- Join WhatsApp
- Download Brochure
Target URL
Paste the URL you kept ready earlier.
Examples:
- WhatsApp link
- Pricing page link
- Google Drive brochure link
- Click Update

Final Step
After making the changes:
- Publish the website changes
- Check your live website to confirm the new button is displayed correctly
Your class page will now show only the customized button you configured.
