# [Write-up] PracticeNow Pricing – Monthly Subscription & Add-ons

PracticeNow pricing is **monthly and dynamic based on the number of active paying students**.

### 💰 Monthly Pricing

**₹2,499 + GST/month** — covers up to **20 active paying students**

From the **21st active paying student onward**: **- ₹55 + GST per student/month**

### Simple formula

**Monthly subscription = ₹2,499 + (students above 20 × ₹55) + optional add-ons + GST**
| Active Paying Students | Monthly Subscription\* |
| ---- |
| Up to 20 | ₹2,499 |
| 25 | ₹2,774 |
| 30 | ₹3,049 |
| 50 | ₹4,149 |
\*GST is additional.

## Optional Add-ons

These are **not included** in the subscription and are charged only if you choose to use them:

Simply move the slider to your current number of **active paying students**. The calculator will show the applicable monthly subscription price.

or

**Calculate using**

**₹2,499 + GST** → up to 20 active paying students
**+ ₹55 + GST** → for every student above 20
**+ optional add-ons** → only if you use them

That's it. Your monthly PracticeNow cost scales with your active paying student count.

### What counts as an active paying student?

Your PracticeNow bill is based on **active paying students**, not the total number of students in your database.
