Zoom: Getting storage full when I have set auto-delete in PracticeNow
You received and email from zoom that mentions your storage is almost full.
In PracticeNow, you have set the "Auto-delete"
Then why are you getting this message?
1. You would have set the video recordings to either speaker view/gallery view. But in your zoom account, you will be recording in both.
To ensure that both are not recorded,
Login into your zoom account -> Settings -> Recordings -> Uncheck the non-relevant options
2. It would have recordings that were recorded outside of PracticeNow
Kindly check and delete them. Store them appropriately before deleting, if required.
The above steps will ensure that your zoom storage is automatically managed.
