# Zoom: Getting storage full when I have set auto-delete in PracticeNow

You received and email from zoom that mentions your storage is almost full.

In PracticeNow, you have set the "Auto-delete"

Then why are you getting this message?

**1. You would have set the video recordings to either speaker view/gallery view. But in your zoom account, you will be recording in both.**

To ensure that both are not recorded, 

Login into your zoom account -> Settings -> Recordings -> Uncheck the non-relevant options

**2. It would have recordings that were recorded outside of PracticeNow**

Kindly check and delete them. Store them appropriately before deleting, if required.

The above steps will ensure that your zoom storage is automatically managed.
