How to create a manual segment
You can create the manual segments for the following reasons:
When you want create it only specific students eg. family and friends, your old students from before using PracticeNow etc.
Ensure that your students are registered on your student site before creating a segment
Steps:
Students -> Segment -> New Segment
What type of Segment: Select Manually add students by searching for them
Search and add a student: Search for the student and click on Add
Save this segment as: Give a name that is relevant to this segment like "Old Students", "Family & Friends" etc
Click on Create Segment button
