How to set Free Trial Classes
Setting the number of Free trial classes:
You can do this here: Studio Info -> Studio Details -> Edit -> Registration Settings -> No of days of Free trial
For Online, In-Studio and Hybrid classes:
To attend a free trial class, newly registered students after the trial classes are set - without an subscription - can avail of free trial classes by clicking on "Join" after logging in at <YourStudioname>.practicenow.us
Please Note:
Once the free Trial classes are set, please go to Classes -> Upcoming Classes -> Edit the classes -> Check "Allow for free trial"
This way your students would be able to see the free classes which they can "Join"
Free Trial classes are applicable only for Group classes and not for workshops or personal classes
Note: Once the trial classes are set, it would not be effective retrospectively. It would be applicable for students who registers only after the setting is done.
Eg: If you have a student A who has registered and not taken any classes as of today. Now you are setting up the trial class. After setting up of trial class, Student B registers. Student A would not have access to trial classes but Student B would have access to the trial class.
Any edits to the trial class set up also would not have any retrospective effect.
