I can see 2 video recordings for the same class and both are not watchable

Why do you see 2 video recordings for the same class?

The Google Drive one will be watchable only after successful processing.

The zoom one should ideally be watchable, but it won't be in the following cases:

- The zoom video is deleted from Zoom. Many of the older videos might have been deleted from Zoom and that is the reason its not watchable. At the same time, it might not have been successfully processed in Google Drive and hence watchable here too.
- For recent videos, seems there is a permission issue.
Can you ensure that, the the settings "Allow cloud recording sharing" and "Require passcode to access shared cloud recordings" are turned on in Zoom?
You can see those once you login to Zoom Settings -> Recording -> Cloud Recording.

To summarise, the recording feature should work smoothly if you:

- Enable the above settings in zoom.us [open it up on your browser and not app]
- Do not to delete the file from Zoom
