PracticeNow Billing - How are the active students counted for Billing?

1. Who is an Active Student?

Any paid student whose subscription is active is considered as an Active student for billing purposes.

2. Isn't the student billed only when the student renews their subscription?

Yes. The student is billed when he/she renews their subscription and for the entire period that he/she is active.

Eg: If the student has renewed their subscription for 3 months, then they would be billed on a monthly basis until their subscription expires.

3. Are free trials or free classes or free workshops being billed?

No. The students who attend free workshops, free trials or free classes would not be billed.
Only when they pay for their trial classes or workshops would they be considered as Active students for billing purposes.

4. What if the same student buys 2 subscriptions - eg: one for Pranayama and one for regular classes during the same time?

If the student buys multiple subscriptions during the same period, he/she would be billed only once for that period.
