Student has not yet received the e-mail confirmation link.
There are 4 reasons as to why a student hasn't received the confirmation link yet. It could be because of:
- E-mail has been sent to "Promotions" tab
- Email is in the Spam
- Student's inbox is full
- Student has made an error in their email ID while registering
- There’s a delay in the email delivery
Solutions:
Promotions Tab
Ask student to look for the e-mail in the promotions tab.
Inbox full
- Ask the student to confirm if their inbox is full.
- Add the student to free up some of their inbox space OR use another email ID (you can change this for them - see below)
Error in email ID
You can update their e-mail id.
