Add team bios to your student portal and website

You can now add a public team profile for each team member: optional Team title, Bio, and photo. When you turn on Visible on team page, that person appears on:

• the Team page in your student portal (Our team),
• your landing page Team section, and
• class lists, where their photo links to their profile (when a photo is published).

Profiles are off by default. Nothing appears until you check Visible on team page for that person.

Studio founder or manager — set up a team profile

Where: Admin Dashboard → Studio Info → Team

1. Sign in at admin.practicenow.us
2. Open Studio Info → Team
3. Click a team member’s name to edit, or use New Team Member to add someone first (see Team article for roles)
4. Scroll to Public team profile
5. Fill in Team title (optional), Bio, and Upload photo / Edit photo (square crop; max 2 MB)
6. Check Visible on team page
7. Use the live Preview on the form to confirm that the bio snippet looks fine
8. Click Update Team Member or Create Team Member
9. Use View team page or Open public team page to verify the live profile
10. Repeat for each person who should appear on Our team

Tip: The Team list shows an "On team page?" column (Yes / No). Use this to quickly check which team members have published profiles.

Teachers — update your own profile

Where: My team profile (top-level menu)

1. Sign in at admin.practicenow.us
2. Open My team profile
3. Update Public team profile fields and Visible on team page as needed
4. Click Update team profile

Note: When a teacher changes Bio or photo, studio managers receive an email.

What students see

When at least one profile is published, students see "Team" in the menu → Our team (search, grid/list, profile pages). The Team menu is hidden until someone is published.

Show your team on your public website

Open Website → edit Team section copy → keep the section visible. Cards auto-fill from published profiles. Requires at least one published profile.

FAQ

• Not showing? → Check Visible on team page
• No Team menu for students? → No published profiles yet
• Empty website section? → visible Team section + published profiles
• Upload failed? → Under 2 MB, retry square crop
