Why is Zoom video recording processing taking time in GDrive?

This delay is happening on Google Drive’s side. After a recording is uploaded, Google takes some time to prepare it for smooth online playback, and recently this step has been taking longer than usual.

The timing can vary depending on factors like video size and Google’s system load, and unfortunately, this part isn’t something we can control.

That said, you don’t need to worry about access for your students. Our system automatically ensures that the video is available for viewing through secure methods like streaming directly from Zoom or through our server while this processing is still ongoing, so the learning experience remains uninterrupted.

As soon as Google completes its processing, playback will continue as usual from there.
