Online classes -> Videos -> Edit the video -> Associate Plans

Accessibility options

1. Free

When you select this option then,

- The "Published" videos are available for anybody who comes to your site to watch for free.
- The Student need not be Registered in PracticeNow to “Watch” this video

2. Any Active Plans:

When you select and set the video to this option, then

- any student whose status is “Active” or “Expiring” would be able to “Watch” this video [Whenever it is “Published”]
- Student’s subscription can be across any services i.e. they would have taken a plan either for a Group Class, Personal Class or Video Recordings

3. Eligible Group Classes Only:

This option is automatically selected by the system when the Recorded Videos are processed in PracticeNow.

- The student will be able to see the "Published" videos of only the classes that they have attended.
- They would not have access to view the "Published" videos of other group class batch.

Eg: If a student has joined Hatha, they would not have access to Pranayama Class Video Recordings

- The access to the recordings is not based on how many sessions they've attended - the system will provide access as long as Zoom recordings are of classes that happened during the subscription dates. And of course they need to be published as well.

4. Selected active video course plans only:

When you select and set the video to this option, then

- You would need to Create the Plans & Pricing for Video Recordings
- The Student has to Subscribe to this Plan.
- Then the same student would be able to “Watch” the “Published” Videos

Note:

Student in this case would have access to all “Published” videos.

5. Combo: Eligible Group Class plans + Selected active video course plans

When you select and set the video to this option, then

- It is available for Students who have subscribed to the plan where this class is associated i.e. the students will see them in the "Class Recording" tab
- At the same time, you would need to Create the Plans & Pricing for Video courses and associate it in the settings by selecting it from the dropdown

Thus the videos are viewable by students subscribed to either:

An eligible Group Class plan, and/or
Videos course plans selected in the section

These recordings would still be shown as "Published" with the status as "Invisible to students" when the video plan is disassociated in this option.

Note:

Only when the videos are published, will the students be able to watch.
All the Zoom recordings are automatically tagged to "Eligible Group Classes Only" when it gets created.
