Zoom Integration Authorization Guide

If your Zoom account needs to be reauthorized or connected to the system, follow either of the methods below.

Method 1: Reauthorize Zoom from Upcoming Classes

1. Navigate to Classes.
2. Click on Upcoming Classes.
3. At the top of the page, locate the Zoom Reauthorization message.
4. Click on Click Here in the message.
5. Follow the prompts to authorize or reconnect your Zoom account.

Method 2: Authorize Zoom from Studio Details

1. Navigate to Studio Info.
2. Click on Studio Details.
3. On the right-hand side of the page, locate the Integrations section.
4. Under Integrations, find Zoom Integration.
5. Click on Authorize Zoom.
6. Follow the prompts to complete the Zoom authorization process.

Notes

• Ensure you are logged into the correct Zoom account before authorizing.
• Once authorization is completed successfully, your Zoom integration will be active for scheduling online classes.
