[Write-up] No show for Personal classes

What are "No-shows"

No-Show mean when the teacher joins the class but the student does not show up for the class.

Eg: When the student does not let the teacher know in advance and the teacher keeps waiting for the student to join the class.

No-Shows hence are considered paid check-ins in the system.

Are no-shows applicable for group classes and workshops?

No. The "No-show" feature is not available for the group classes and workshops. Its only available for personal classes.

To Set up No-Shows:

Go to Classes -> Settings -> Online Personal classes -> check "No-show" penalty

You can also refer to this video on how to set it up.

If you have set it up, but you do not want to charge a specific student:

Then you simply have to delete this class in Check-in -> Recent classes -> Go to the specific class -> Either click on Reschedule or "Delete" this class.

Will the student be informed of the no-show check-ins?

Yes. An automatic email is sent to this student that since he/she did not show up, this check-in is considered as "No-show"

What if you do not want to use No-show feature?

Go to Classes -> Settings -> Online Personal classes -> Uncheck "No-show" penalty
