[Write-up] Personal classes: Creating Recurring Online one on one classes for students

Creating Online Recurring personal class



The student should be registered in your student site to schedule the classes.

Classes -> Upcoming classes -> Create class [Main section top right green button]

1. Service

Select "Personal Class" from dropdown

2. Class location

Click on "Online classes"

3. Zoom User

This will show up if you have integrated with Zoom.

For Google Meet, this field will not be shown

4. Personal class student

Type the name of the student and choose from the list

5. Starts On

Give the date and the time here from when you would like to start your classes
If you are planning to start from Monday and today is preceding Friday, then put the start date as Monday's date.

Time here is a 24hr clock. Choose the time based on the geographical location that you are in.
It would automatically show the student the correct time in their country.

Eg: You are based in Budapest and you can schedule the class in your Budapest timezone but it will be shown to the Student in India in IST automatically.

6. Duration

Give the no of minutes eg: 60

7. Occurs everyweek on the following days

Ensure this is checked.
Select the days that you are planning to have the class. Eg: If you have given the starting date as next Monday, select Monday as one of the days here.

8. Ends on [Optional]

Eg: If you want to schedule only 8 classes for the student or planning to take classes for this student only upto a certain date, then add the date here.
When you add the date, classes will be scheduled only until this date.

In case you want to schedule classes after the End date is over, you will recreate the classes.

This is optional.

9. Teacher

Select the Teacher's name from the dropdown here.

10. Description

Give the class description here.
Eg: Hatha Yoga for <Student name> or Personal class for <Student name> etc.

11. Share Zoom cloud recording

Will be shown only for Paid Zoom teachers who had set up the Video Recordings feature.

Click on "CREATE" to create the class
