[Write-up] Why are there 2 video recordings of the same class?

Here you may find that there are 2 videos of the same classes.

It can happen because of 3 reasons.

Reason 1

The Teacher had stopped and restarted recordings during the class. This can create 2 or more recordings of the same class.

To avoid multiple recording happening due to stopping and restarting, the teacher can pause the recording instead of stopping and then restart the recordings when required.

Reason 2

If you have turned on the auto-recording, the student may have have joined and left the meeting before you started the class.

This can also create 2 or more recordings of the same class.

Reason 3

After the recording is done in Zoom, it uploads to your GDrive. GDrive take time to process the file.

When the processing is complete, system deletes the file from Zoom automatically [depending on the settings in PracticeNow admin].

So until the video is processed completely in GDrive, you will see two records.
