How can I pause a specific student's subscription?

You cannot pause a specific student's subscription directly in the system.

Instead, you can do one of the 2:

When you know the period of pause

You can edit the student subscription and change the "Validity End Date". Other things remain the same.

This can be done when you know the period of pausing.

When you do not know the period of pause

If you think that the period for the student to resume classes is long or is unknown, then follow the steps here:

a. Edit the student subscription and change the validity date to the last date of the student check-in.
While editing, note the no of classes left and the no of days left in the "Note" column.

b. When the student resumes, create a manual subscription with the no of classes left and the no of days left with the amount as "0"
