How do I test the flow of the system?
This testing workflow can be used for all modules i.e. Group classes, Personal classes, Workshops, and Video Courses, and for Online classes, In-studio classes, and Hybrid classes as well
You can follow any of the steps below, whichever you are comfortable with:
a. Steps for testing the flow as a free student
- Create a single class as a test class - select free [How to create a single class?]
- Register yourself as a student on the student site
You can start the class as a teacher on one device and join from another device as a student
b. Steps for testing the flow as a paid student [where you will be making an actual payment]
- Create a single class as a test class [How to create a single class?]
- Create a Plan and Pricing, specifically for this, with a lesser amount, or use the one that you have already created
- Register yourself as a student on the student site
- Buy the Subscription and "Join the class
You can start the class as a teacher on one device and join from another device as a student
c. Steps for testing the flow as a paid student [where you can create a manual subscription]
- Create a single class as a test class [How to create a single class?]
- Register yourself as a student on the student site
- Use the Plan & Pricing that you have already created, create a Manual subscription for this student in the admin [How to create a manual Subscription?]
