How to Create New Plans?
Admin Dashboard -> Studio Info -> Plans & Pricing -> New Plan
Service
Select the service that you want to create Class from the dropdown.
It can be Group Classes, Videos or Workshops.
Name
This is the name that you and Students would also see as the name of your package.
Please name your plan in such a way that the Student will be able to easily understand.
Description
This is the detail that would be shown on your Fee page along with the Plan Name.
Special instructions for student
This is a customized field that you would want your students to see when they buy that plan.
When students subscribe to this plan, a message with the subscription details is sent to them by email along with the invoice details
Online/in-studio
- Allow access to online classes only - This will access to students for Online class only
- Allow access to in-studio classes only - The classes would not be associated here. Choose this if the classes are offline and you want your students to Subscribe from the platform.
- Allow access to both online and in-studio classes - You would be asked to associate classes as the student would have access to online and offline classes here.
Payment model
- Standard pricing. Use this for most situations. - This is the normal payment model where you would mention the pricing Eg: 10 classes/month for Rs 5000
- Donation. This is a "pay what you want" model. - You can ask the student to "Pay what they want". Here you can also set a minimum amount.
- Free. Use this when you don't want to charge for classes under this plan. - This would be free for everybody who have registered onto the site
Eligible Online classes for this plan
You can associate specific classes that you would have scheduled to the Plan here. Eg: You may want the student to come for both morning and evening classes, then you would associate both the classes here. This would mean that the students who buys this plan can join any of the morning or evening classes.
Renewal Reminders
If you select this, then an automatic reminder is send to the student asking them to renew the same plan.
If unselected, the renewal reminders would not be sent to student.
Enforce form fill-up [Optional]
You can associate a Form to the plan. Refer for more info on Forms and How it works - here
Subscription start date [Optional]
If this plan is for a future workshop, you can schedule the subscription start date to coincide with the workshop start date.
This would mean that if a Student has purchased the subscription before this date, the term would only start on the date mentioned here.
Restrict plan to certain students [Optional]
This restricts who can see your plan. There are 3 ways:
a. This plan is open to all students
b. Restrict access by student segments - Here you would select the segment(s) on who can see this plans.
c. Restrict access by email id's - Here you would type in specific email ids. In this case, the student need not be registered in your site. However please make sure that you are adding the correct email ids.
Now that you've created the plan, go ahead and create a pricing entry for this plan.
