Why does my meeting link not show up on zoom?
Reasons:
If the class is more than 2 days later
Meetings in zoom are created 2 days earlier. So if you have a class that is more than 3 days away, you may not see the link.
When the zoom reauthorization is yet to be done in Upcoming classes.
When the zoom reauthorization message shows up, it means that zoom has got disconnected from PracticeNow. Obviously, PracticeNow will not have access to create the classes.
So please without any delay, if you see the message, please do the needful.
Deletion of zoom meeting
You might have accidently deleted the meeting in zoom while the class still shows in PracticeNow.
Solutions:
Kindly "Start" your classes from PracticeNow.
You will not miss the "Reauthorization" message
You will not accidently delete the meeting directly on zoom
When a meeting link is not created before 2 days, then the system will automatically create it when you click on the "Start" button or whenever the Student clicks on "Join" button whichever happens first.
If you do not want to wait for the meeting link to happen through point no 3, then you can go ahead and delete the existing class and create a new class. Please give sometime for the meeting link to appear.
