Connecting Your Zoom Account to PracticeNow

Login to the admin.practicenow.us using your admin email id and password
To connect PracticeNow to your Zoom account, click here.
Click on "Connect Zoom"

Managing your Studio Settings

This is where you configure the basic details of your studio such as the name of your studio, the number of trial classes and your GST details
You can do this from here: Studio Info ➡️Studio Details ➡️Edit

Managing your team

This is where you would Add and Manage your Team members including adding/editing/deleting Teachers, Managers and Senior Managers.
You can do this from here: Studio Info ➡️Team ➡️New Team Member

Managing your Online Studio Settings

This is where you would be able to do set system rules like do you want the students to attend the class without subscriptions.

Managing your class schedule

This is where you would schedule and manage your classes.
You can do this from here: Online classes ➡️Upcoming Classes ➡️Create Class

Starting a class

This is where you enter into your class.

Managing check-ins

This is where you would be able to see the details of class and manage the check-ins of the Teacher and the Students

Managing Plans and Pricing

This is a two step process:

Step 1: Create a Plan [Flavour/Theme]

The plan indicates the theme or the flavour of your class.
You can create the plans here: Studio Info ➡️Plans & Pricing ➡️New Plan

Step 2: Create a Pricing

The pricing is where you add the pricing for each created plan
So each plan can have one or more pricing.
You can create pricing here: Studio Info ➡️Plans & Packages ➡️All Pricing ➡️New Pricing

Unbundled plans

Refer to this section - if you'd like to price each of your classes different and restrict access based on the plan purchased by the student

Managing subscriptions

This is where you can see the the Billing details and the Billing status of the Students like Expired, Expiring Soon, Active or Unbilled .
You can do this from here: Subscriptions ➡️Full History

Reports

This is where you would be able to get the data like the new sign ups for a period, monthly summary of payments received etc that you would be able to download for your analysis.

Uninstallation

- Visit marketplace.zoom.us
- Login to your Zoom account
- Click Manage ➡️Installed Apps or search for PracticeNow! app
- Click the PracticeNow! app
- Click Uninstall

Troubleshooting

If Zoom gets delinked

If Zoom is delinked, you can easily re-authorize by following these steps:

- Login to the admin console at http://admin.practicenow.us
- You will find the Re-Authorization message with the link at: Online classes ➡️Upcoming Classes
- Click on the link
- Login to your Zoom account
- Click "Authorize"
