Set Up Monthly Plans where subscriptions start on the 1st of Every Month

This explains how to configure your plans and pricing if you want:

All students to start on the 1st of a month
Students to subscribe anytime before the new month begins but automatically start on the 1st
Subscriptions to run for one full calendar month
No mid-month joiners [For both Old and New students]
Students to enroll only for the upcoming batch

These 2 steps below have to be repeated every month:

Step 1: Opening Enrollment for a New Month:

Example: Opening Enrollment for 1st March

When you are ready to open it up for the students,

Go to: Plans → Studio Info → Plans & Pricing
Select the relevant plan.
Click Edit Plan.
Set the Subscription Start Date to:1st March (or whichever month you are opening enrollment for)
Go to: Plans → Studio Info → Plans & Pricing → All Pricing
Click on "Publish" for the specific pricing [if it is showing as "Unpublished"]

Now: Students who subscribe will start on 1st March even if they enroll in the last week of February.

Step 2: Closing Enrollment for the Month:

Example: Closing Enrollment for March

Once you want to close it say on 2nd March,

Go to: Plans → Studio Info → Plans & Pricing → All Pricing
Click on "Unpublish" for the specific pricing

This will ensure that your students will not be able to renew or purchase the subscription for the month.

If you keep it open for few days, the student may buy the subscription on the 4th of month. In this case, you will have to manually edit the subscription of the student to end on that particular month

You can also keep some plans to start from the 1st of the month and other plans to have flexibility

eg: Beginner Asana plans, you can follow this method and say for your Pranayama Plan, or Intermediate Asana plans you can follow the flexibile method where the students can subscribe anytime during the month.
