For iPhones First save the video as a "File". Here are the steps for this: https://youtu.be/D14YtoNMvmk Open admin.practicenow.us. Go to Spark -Recordings -New Recording -Choose File -"My Device" IMPORTANT: Do NOT choose the "Photo Library". Instead, select the "Choose File" option.
