[Write-up] Creating Subscriptions for Parents and Kids

For kids' classes, there are 2 options:

Purchase the child's subscription using the parent's existing email ID.

The child can attend classes using the parent's account.
The parent's name will appear during check-in.
No separate email ID or phone number is required.

Best if: Only the child is attending the class and the parent is managing the subscription.

If the parent and child will attend the same class, create a separate login for the child and purchase a separate Kids subscription.

The child gets their own login and attendance record.
The parent does not need to share their login details.
The child's account must use a different email ID and phone number from the parent's account.

This is the recommended setup when the parent and child are joining the same class, or the parent does not want to share their credentials with the child as each person can then check in separately.

Quick Rule:

Only child attends → Use the Parent's Login.
Parent + child attend the same class → Create a Separate Child Login.
Child needs their own independent login → Create a Separate Child Login.
