[Write-up] Deleting a Student's subscription

There are 2 types of subscription:

Manual Subscription
Self-subscription [i.e. automatic subscription created when the student pays through the system]

Delete a manual subscription

To delete a manual subscription, go to

Subscriptions -> Full History -> If required, use the filter [Black funnel icon on the right] using name -> Click on "View of the specific subscription" -> Delete [Top right red colour]





Deleting a self-subscription

You will not be able to delete it as it has come from RazorPay directly to your account.

You can let us know and we will delete it only if you have refunded it.

In case you are adjusting it against some other subscription or giving them credit, then you just need to expire it by editing their subscription and changing the validity end date.

You can change the validity end date to the current date or a past date. This will expire their subscription

Remember to add the details in "Note [Private]" when making this change. This will avoid a lot of confusion in the future.
